How do I book a tour?

Choose a package on the Tours page, select your dates and group size, then tap “Book Now”. You’ll receive an invoice & e-ticket via WhatsApp/email after payment is confirmed.

Where is the meeting point / pickup?

We pick up from Malang or Surabaya (hotel/airport/train). Exact time & location are shared one day before departure.

Open Trip vs Private Trip?

Open Trip is shared with other travelers (most affordable). Private Trip is for your group only—flexible schedule & photo stops.

What’s included?

Generally: transport/jeep per itinerary, local guide, entrance/parking (per package), and basic amenities. Details vary—check the Tour Details page.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept bank transfer (ID), virtual account, and major e-wallets. International cards can be arranged—chat us for options.

Is there a deposit?

Yes. A deposit secures your seat/jeep. The remaining balance is due before departure (timeline is stated on the invoice).

When will I receive my invoice & e-ticket?

Right after payment is verified, we send a digital invoice & e-ticket to your WhatsApp/email automatically.

What should I pack?

Windproof jacket, trekking shoes with good grip, headlamp (for Ijen), mask, small backpack, personal meds, and rain cover (seasonal).

Any fitness or age limits?

Bromo fits most ages. Tumpak Sewu has steep/ slippery paths. Ijen is a night hike (~3km, elevation). Inform us of any conditions.

What about weather & closures?

We monitor weather & park notices (e.g., TNBTS for Bromo). If a site closes, we propose alternatives or reschedule options per policy.

What is your cancellation & refund policy?

Flexible reschedule where possible. Refunds follow the package terms and any third-party/park fees. We’ll share the exact policy on your invoice.

How do you manage safety?

Licensed local guides, small groups, SOP briefings, route checks, and required gear (e.g., gas masks at Ijen). Travel insurance is optional.

Any site-specific rules (Bromo/Ijen)?

Follow ranger signs, stay on trails, no drones unless permitted, respect quiet hours, and carry trash out. Blue-fire viewing depends on conditions.
